Good god almighty I remember being given those books at Sunday school. Christ on a bike. I have clear memories of one of the illustrations from a different book about communism taking over the world and the armies of China building giant roads down which they would march in the very near future. The 80s were a funny time...
Ahhh, I remember this comic. I love it so much because it doesn't make any f#$%ing sense. He could have at least tried to invent a scenario that could 1. feasibly happen in the justice system and 2. vaguely resemble fairness. I'm afraid "old mother taking death penalty for son" doesn't really meet either criteria. But, considering that what it is supposed to be an analogue to, it is not surprising...
