Right before an election day you get to see all of the nut job stupid people come out. In that case the logo for the American football team the Washington Redskins looks just like it. Which means that Obama is Anti-Native American and is going to tax the reservations now.
Im sure there is no connection, they are only symbols anyway.
However the top half, the semi-circular bit looks similar.
